Studio Policies
We keep things simple and fair so every client gets our full, unhurried attention. By booking an appointment you agree to the policies below.
Booking & deposits
Appointments are booked online through Square. Some services may require a small deposit to hold your time; it’s applied to your final total.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Plans change — we get it. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service.
Running late
If you’re running behind, please call or text. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled so we don’t shorten the next guest’s visit.
Health & sensitivity
Let us know about allergies, recent treatments (retinol, chemical peels, Accutane), or skin sensitivities before we begin. Some services aren’t recommended on broken or recently exfoliated skin.
Aftercare
Avoid heavy makeup, sweating, sun and hot water on the treated area for 24 hours after threading, waxing or tinting. We’ll send you home with simple aftercare guidance.
Satisfaction
If something isn’t right, tell us before you leave and we’ll make it right. Prices and services are subject to change.
